Planned Power Outage 4/22 Xcel Energy has confirmed that city facilities, including the Rec Center, are not expected to be affected by Wednesdays (4/22) planned outages. We are Open (6am–9pm). In the event of a power loss, the facility will close and all programs will be canceled.
