2026 Information Coming Soon

In an effort to enhance two treasured community events; Summerfest on the Rio is joining forces with the Rio Trio Triathlon to create an even bigger community celebration and will now be known as RioFest! This celebration of music, arts & crafts and outdoor recreation will all be on the traditional Summerfest date of the first full weekend in June at Cole Park in Alamosa.

As we work through this transition, vendor applications and event information are being formulated now and will be announced as soon as possible. Previous years vendors will be notified when operations are up and running. All new and updated RioFest information will be available on the City of Alamosa Parks and Recreation webpage, alamosarec.org under the Special Events tab.
