Youth Rocketry
Embark on an exhilarating journey into the world of aerospace with our Youth Rocketry Class! Class registration will include (1) rocket building kit and hands-on instruction from our instructor.
This class is for ages 8-18.
It is preferred that kids under 10 have a parent assist with the build, since scissors, Exacto knives, etc, will be used to build rockets.
All building materials will be provided; BRING YOUR OWN PAINT FOR DESIGNING.
Registration: June 18th - July 21st
Session 1 will be composed of two build days (July 20th & 21st), and 1 Launch day (July 25th)
Session 2 will be composed of two build days (July 22nd & 23rd), and 1 Launch day (July 25th)
Class Times:5:30 - 6:30pm
Makeup Day Time:5-6pm
The class setting location will be in the AFRC Studio Room.
The launch location will be at Lee Softball Field on July 25th at 9am
